Before the surface treatment of the sheet metal, the oil, rust, welding slag, etc. on the surface of the sheet metal should be removed.

1.Powder Coating:The surface of the sheet metal is sprayed with liquid and powder paint. The powder paint is commonly used. Through powder spraying, electrostatic adsorption, high-temperature baking, etc., a layer of paint of various colors is sprayed on the surface of the sheet metal to beautify Appearance, and can increase the corrosion resistance of the material. It is a commonly used surface treatment method.

Note: The colors sprayed by different manufacturers will have a certain color difference, so the same color sheet metal of the same equipment should be sprayed by the same manufacturer as much as possible.

2. Electro-galvanized, hot-dip galvanized
The surface galvanizing of sheet metal is a commonly used surface anti-corrosion treatment method, and can play a certain role in beautifying the appearance. Galvanizing can be divided into electro-galvanizing and hot-dip galvanizing.

The appearance of electro-galvanized is relatively bright and flat, and the galvanized layer is thinner, which is more commonly used.

The galvanized layer of hot-dip galvanizing is thicker and can produce iron-zinc alloy layer, which has stronger corrosion resistance than electro-galvanized.

3. Surface oxidation:
Here we mainly introduce the surface anodization of aluminum and aluminum alloys.

The surface anodization of aluminum and aluminum alloys can be oxidized into various colors, which plays a protective role and has a good decorative role. At the same time, an anodic oxide film can be produced on the surface of the material. The anodic oxide film has higher hardness and wear resistance, as well as good electrical insulation and thermal insulation.

4. Surface drawing:
Place the material between the upper and lower rollers of the wire drawing machine. The roller is attached with an abrasive belt. Driven by the motor, the material passes through the upper and lower abrasive belts to draw traces on the surface of the material. Depending on the abrasive belt, the thickness of the marks is also Not the same, the main function is to beautify the appearance. Generally, the surface treatment method of wire drawing is considered for aluminum materials.

5. Silkscreen
There are generally two methods of screen printing on the surface of the material, flat screen printing and pad printing. Flat screen printing is mainly used on general planes, but if you encounter a place with a deep pit, you need to use pad printing. .
