The waterproof distribution box integrates switchgear, measuring instruments, protective electrical appliances and auxiliary equipment into a closed or semi-enclosed metal cabinet or screen according to the requirements of electrical wiring to form a low-voltage distribution system. Before installing the distribution box, it is necessary to ensure that the waterproof distribution box has been pre-processed. The specific requirements are as follows:
1. Component layout: First, place the panel stably, and then place all electrical components and instruments on it for actual layout arrangement. It is necessary to refer to the design drawings, as well as the specifications and quantity of electrical components and instruments, to select the best layout position to meet the spacing requirements, while ensuring the convenience of operation and maintenance, and taking into account the aesthetics of the appearance.
2. Processing: After determining the layout position, use a square ruler to calibrate, draw horizontal lines, and evenly distribute the hole spacing. Then remove the electrical components and instruments and perform drilling operations (make sure that the hole diameter matches the size of the insulating sleeve). After drilling, remove rust and apply anti-rust paint and gray topcoat.
3. Fixing of electrical components: After the paint is dry, install the insulating sleeve, and place all electrical components and instruments flat, correct the position, and use screws to fix them firmly.
4. Wiring operation: According to the specifications, capacity and position of electrical components and instruments, select the appropriate wire section and length, cut and assemble. The wires behind the panel should be arranged neatly and tied with binding tape. When crimping the wires, it is necessary to reserve appropriate margins, cut off the wire cores, and crimp them firmly one by one. For multi-strand wires, crimping terminals should be used for connection. If it is a vertical distribution board, it is necessary to fix the panel first after opening the hole, and then carry out wiring operations.
